Sorry if this has been posted/resolved.
Nanoframe is white when the camera is too close to gound (only effected by Y axis distance from 0 plane)
If you go higher up, it gradually goes from white to proper teamcolor. Nano particles are not effected, only the frames.

Specs, pix, and I assume you have teamcolor nano turned on?

Teamcolor nano turned on, advanced shading is what causes it, doesn't do it without advanced shading, 8800GT.
