Spring RTS Engine

SD system currently runs on debian, but probably due to mono bugs, its very unstable.
SD system handles these things:
- tracker, coordinator and mirror locator for springdownloader and springlobby and springies
- teamspeak integration
- statistics

Atm we need a hosting that can run simple application and host small website with php (no SQL needed).

Traffic requirements are minimal, in peak burst upload about 70k/s. Normally its near idle. Average is <1k/s. But system needs to handle several hundreds open TCP connection (this might be probelm for old ADSL modems/NATs)

CPU requirements are very small.

Memory used by process is around 20MB

Diskspace < 20MB

Hosting needs to be up 24/7 and have stable internet connection, ideally with remote access for SD server upgrades.

OS needed:
win2k/winnt, winxp, vista etc (anything newer than 95/98)

Software:
IIS or Apache or any other webserver with PHP

Connection:
preferably 1Mbit up or faster

Until hosting is found, SD system will be randomly off while I sleep/otherwise get annoyed by the sound of my PC.

Im not going to pay for yet another commercial hosting for spring stuff, I already pay for linux hosting.
And its an overkill for such small app.

I have a p3 box running win2k but my connection/connection stability probably aren't suitable.
