Spring RTS Engine

Whenever I press shift and alt simultaneously the game freezes.

I searched the forum and found an old post from 2006 but without any tips on how to fix it.

I'm sitting on windows XP, AMD athlon 64 x2 4600+, GeForce 7600 GS.

disable keyboard layout switching.
