Spring RTS Engine

my friend has a problem when i trys to play a game (after joining a game and readying and then starting) he gets a message saying 'needed extention gl_arb_texture_env_combine not found'

Please help

You can sign up and use color tags but didn't check the faq? 90% of the time it's outdated/screwed up graphics drivers.
