Spring RTS Engine

I have problem, from monday to friday i live in dormitory because now i'm student. My ISP blocking P2P and probably IRC. Is any diffrent way to play (connect) Spring??

In TASclient i have this:

[22:07:43] Cannot connect to server!

[22:07:44] Cannot connect to server!
[22:07:44] Trying next host in the list ...
[22:07:44] Connecting to localhost ...
[22:07:45] Cannot connect to server!

P.S. in home i play without problems
