Spring RTS Engine

How many people actually play OTA? Noones ever on when i am forcing me to play xta ¬.¬ which is a lot worse (imo) AND repeatidly CRASHES MY PC i think my PC dislikes xta...

He wants to play in Spring. The version of AA for Spring is currently buggy as hell, unsupported, and not going to be supported for probably a long while... so yeah.

Besides, this forum is practically ran by rampant AAers. It's hard to come here and not know what the mod is. If he wanted to play it, he would have by now.

Yeah, I'm getting sick of having AA rammed down my gullet on these forums too. I don't like it, and I don't want to play it. It is sufficiently advertised at various places (such as the wiki), that you don't need to bring it up in every conversation.

That being said, I play spring OTA, but I don't have the connection to play it online.
Come play regular OTA with me :)

Well I probably won't stop so I suggest you start advertising your favourite mods too.

I simply don├óÔé¼Ôäót like AA either! The units simply... lack a spark, that indefinable, intangible thing that all the TA units (and all the SC units i have seen in the screen shots, like these spidery things)
have.

So i play XTA. I really haven├óÔé¼Ôäót spotted anything that the people have been complaining about. It seems to be a good, if not phenomenal mod. If I am missing something so obvious that a zombie would point it out, please say so!

i guess i dont really have a right to rag on aa, but i dont really like it that much either... i played it for a little bit, and it just wasnt that good... i dont know what it is. i do think there are some pretty cool ideas there though.

as for ota, i would play it more if i didnt have to switch that file over to do it... i know that sounds lazy, but its annoying..

AA seams REALLY cool to me...

But it's to many units then i can handle! I mean, sure, 1 unit for every role and situation, but it makes it a little hard to handle so many level 1 and 2 and 3 units... and it's one for ecah situation there to! So you got the level 1 ampibient tank, the level 2 one.. ect

That proofs that my old OTA units made a profound impact on the TA community...

All those TAU and PA people seem to hate everything TAD so...the hell with them...

hmmm i just realised why i always seem to be alone. like me if players want to play spring they'll play xta (if they have too), leaving me in the dirt xD also noone joins OTA rooms now without having the patch already...the influx of new players is ZERO! X( people think that switching one file is too much effort to play the bestest thing ever grrrr, i mean i just delete/restore the patch happy i am not

Right now I play XTA and AA. I'm waiting for TAWD eagerly, and trying to make TAFF work. Sorry, OTA ers, if i had more spare time I'd gladly line up to have you kick my butt.... after all, defeat is pain and pain is the teacher.
