Spring RTS Engine

hi,

since 0.77bX i got a problem with some groundlights, they seems to go off and on (in a really short time)

system:
ati 9700 mobile
spring 0.77b5 with xta 9.52

I had that in 76b1 too, I think it happens when ground decals are disabled.
