Anyone who loves building solid defence and guardians must watch.

Altored Divide

Sefidel and Knobhead (north) combine with unpopular but highly effective tactics to blow a wide open hole in the left side and all but elminate one player.

Meanwhile their allies Pitchan and Rainbow Magic in the middle build a beautiful porc of heavy laser towers and a guardian in the middle. Totally impenatrable defence, and a commanding central position.

And total epic fail.

As they haven't built any mobile units they are totally unable to prevent 3 players from the south middle and west quickly swarming back onto sefidel (who has taken knobheads units). Nor were they able to retaliate and attack a weakly defended south central position. Outnumbered, Sefidel was quickly blasted from the map in retaliation, and then came the long and dreary mop up operation to clear all the noob porc from the rest of the map....

Oh some stuff happened on the east side of the map but I didn't pay much attention lol.

any match with both sefidel and knob in fails so im not watching it.

right so its ok for you to make a whole post to whine at me but its not ok for me to make a whole on-topic post to give my opinion about what this thread is actually about.

You didn't give your opinion about the topic, you just made a pointless comment. And I don't care that you made a post. All that matters is that you bumped the thread by over a week. Hoi and I have not done that.

Too little support to allies, indeed. But to be honest, both sides porc a lot. (They probably should) Only white made a fairly useless guardian and HLTs.(So did another guy, though.) Guardians should be used offensively. Only way i could see a guardian used defensively if the route to it is really narrow and winded, and often used.

The winning team has (big)mistakes too. For instance, why are they attacking defences they can drive around? Mopping them up is easier if the turrets are powered down.
