crash when starting

whenever a multi game is launched it crashes immediatly and says unknown fatal error. what can I do?
I guess this could be considered a bump.
I have a very similar problem. I get a window titled "Fatal Error", on it is "Error sending data to socket: Unkown Error" If anyone has any idea what this could be please respond. Thanks! Also, this only happens when i try to join a multi-player game (as the game launches it flashes to a black screen then back to the lobby with that error), I can host my own game and play with a bot though.
