Extremely High Impulse Weapons Crash Game Against Aircraft

When aircraft experience extremely large amounts of impulse, their behavior goes erratic and they crash the game. Not necessarily a critical bug for most games, but a fix would be nice if possible.

test svn builds; some fixes were applied for that. if those still crash, submit a replay.
