Needs to have a kick/ban feature......

The next release of TASpring needs to have a kick/ban option so that malicious squatters dont mess up genuine gameplay. Lathan is purposely squatting in all of my hosted games without the correct units. It makes it impossible to get a good game going when he does this. He is doing this because I beat him like an unwanted red-headed stepchild in the game he posted.
Any ideas on how to do kick/ban someone or otherwise get the game to start without a certain player in the current build?

How old are you Lathan, 3? Very poor form indeed.
Really, we want to keep nonsense like this out of our game.
Nevermind a kickban, the community can simply band together and boycott individuals who seek to cause trouble.

Thats a very good idea! I suggest that if Lathan continues to squat in my or other peoples games without the right units and never clicking ready and taking up valid team positions, then we as a community should boycott him and others who do the same.
To Min3Mat: passwords are great for people you know or have other communications with, for all the other games you want to play with complete strangers - it makes it impossible. And for this reason I think the kick/ban feature would deter and eliminate assholes like LathanStanley.

It would also be really nice in the next build to make it so that when people launch into a game that if they are in a chatroom, their name becomes italicized or something. This would really easily show how many people are able to play a new game so that there isnt ever 10 games w/ 10 ppl connected. I think it would promote the community.
~ Any thoughts?

On another account it would be REALLY neat to have an automatic connection to the Main chatroom when users sign on. This would show just how many people use this TASpring thing and help people judge to eith start a game or join a game.
As you can see I'm having A LOT OF TROUBLE getting people to play because everyone (it seems) ONLY plays XTA. bah!

whatever is eaiser to implement man, yea.... I know absolutely nothing about coding so I'm not the guy for the job. I just think it would be something nice to have and promote a community by having more accessability to player stats.

No they don't... Nice people will not have access to the password or we will have to be doing ugly workarounds on the situation...

There must be ways to make it hard for people to ruin other people's fun. There will
always be people that will behave poorly. And community bans will probably work bad. Either will be too permissive or will make unfair bans or both.
