broken cursor animation Fight spring 0.77b2 mod BA 6.41

I have broken cursor animation in spring 0.77b2 mod BA 6.41
in command Fight. Anybody else meet this problem?

I download spring_0.77b3.exe - now cursors are normal but with this engine in BA mod(BA6412.sd7) textures doesn't load - it looks like this

With fonts is bad too in 1024x768

Thanks, I forgot to copy tatextures_v062.sdz and tacontent_v2.sdz to new spring installation. For what display resolution spring 0.77b3 is optimize now? I have 1024x768 but font still degrade like in 800x600 resolution.

It crash twice in middle of play (spring 0.77b3) ... also attack cursor broke in game again.. (now it's animation too speed up)

disable dynamic sky for added fps, also do /luaui reload if your widgets make you lag.

also double check your settings, they use different registry paths for 77b2 and b3.

try /hardwarecursor 0 or 1, check if it fixes things.

maxBraking spam is fixed in next version.

In 0.77b3 Fight cursor looks more better with disabled hardware acceleration but sometimes (when many units on map) if zoom out to see whole map Fight cursor start flicker too frequently (with hardware acceleration animation can freeze - due to animation frame drop)
Looks like Fight cursor animation depend on FPS - or on CPU perfomance.

In short - on my PC animation framerate of Fight Corsor is unstable. All other cursors animation is stable.

Is using the animation/simulation available on the internet illegal even i recognize the author? I'm working on my thesis and I'm planning to utilize the simulation/animation available on the internet to enrich my discussions. Is it plagerism even I will be recognizing the authors. My thesis adviser doesn't agree with my plan 'cause for her it's plagerism. I ask some of my professors and they say it is okay if i will recognize the authors. I just want to find a concrete answer. Please cite your source or basis.
