where the Lua Script put?

i've download IceUI, the LuaUI script
but i don't know where fold i should put

Any LuaUI widgets that come with spring are in /usr/share/games/spring/LuaUI/Widgets.
You're probably best off putting it in $HOME/.spring/LuaUI/Widgets (create it if it doesn't exist), but if it doesn't work, you could try (I'm not recommending it) putting it in /usr/share/games/spring/LuaUI/Widgets/.
