Spring RTS Engine

I'm going to host a game on Oct. 3, 2008 (Friday), at 3:00 PM. Anyone want to join?

This is the server info:

# of players: 4? (it depends on how many people want to play
)

Mod:BA

Map:LLTAComplexv2

(P.S. I can an play for a little more than an hour. )

im sure if u host it at that time you will get the nescessary players within 5 minutes.

I posted this thread so people would know that I going to host a server! So instead of talking about the time I'm going to host, can't you just say if you want to join or not? And what's so funny anyway?

It is because people are probably not going to put it in their schedule. The people that come will probably just see your game and enter it.
Now, if it was periodical, and a less-played mod, it might make more sense that way.

Oh, OK I'll just post when I use the SW mod or expand and exterminate.

There's always at least 80 people in the lobby. You don't need to post just to tell people you are hosting a game, if you host it and people want to play they will join.

Even with a less played mod you'll either get players or you won't. Posting won't change anything.

Also you haven't told us where you are or what time GMT you will be hosting so people can't enter it into their schedule anyway.

Ok, what's you name in the lobby? (so I know when you joined)
I don't think that you need to worry about the server getting filled before you join, the map supports 16 players. (you should check if you have the map downloaded )

I think that means that you are 7 hours ahead of me. (I think ) That means you would have to join at 10:00 P.M. your time!

I am sad to say that the game never happened. I don't know what was wrong, but I think it was ether TASClient was being blocked by a fire wall, or I need to froward the right ports (if this is the problem, then I'm in deep trouble ) Sorry for the problem.
