maps and games

I am not able to realise this and i sure dont know if this is even possible. But i got some ideas and i think they would contribute some goals.
First of all i believe missions can be fun to gain experience. But since that is not yet or maybe a fact in a few years i wanna suggest a different system.
Why:
Well nobody cares about sites of spring, since alot experience spring not more than a mod(mostly ba) and a map(mostly dsd) and some players(mostly 10).
Well most of the time this is a fact. All i see are the same maps. All i see are the same numbers of players. And all i see is the same mod. we all know that.
I believe ther are more than 400 maps out ther that are really worth playing
I know ther are alot of ppl woud be impressed what spring all has to offer. all the sites.
I know that ther are alot of mod that deserve alot more attention or expossure than it is now.
I think ther are alot of ladder sites systems out ther that can provide alot of usefull information.
All this potential.
So what now?
I think this community could make use of these 4 facts as follow. An option like a ladder system besides the normal games.
But a very strange one. One that kept from every player a record of how may points he has gained playing maps.
The maps should have all a rangorder. So if you won 10 times for instance on dsd you can go on to the next map.
In this ladder system you shoudnt dictate the mod but you should enquarge using different mods on maps so you can gain more points.
The only thing you get from playing maps is being able to playing more maps.
My reason to have this realised would be basically bring more fun to every one. But also give ppl some learning experience. I play personally with more fun with a noob that has general rank played on 100 maps than a noob that has rank higher gained on dsd.
Maybe to not force ppl to play maps they dont like. You could make classes where you gain points on 5 of 10 than move one to another map class.
Well i hope i made it clear!
