Spring RTS Engine

I request a tag to check if spring finished playing a soundfile/soundstream, so .wav actually works in a music widget that plays every wav in a folder and I don't have to use a hackish way to play all .ogg files in a folder (if the way I mean even works), please add this in 0.77b1, I really want my music
