Well when watching him getting some of his later gold medals I really hoped he gets tested for doping as he shows enormous skills which are outstanding - in that final I'm talking about he had several body-lengths advance in comparison to the rest which were "about" the same height. Together with the fact that some athletes skip certain disciplines to be able to give their best that's quite amazing...

If he wasn't doped everyone should adapt his training procedures...

I'm quietly celebrating the fact that GB is currently 'best of the rest' >_>

The big drama in Hungary about the Olympics is that we haven't won a gold yet this year, and we usually have a few by this time. Everybody is very serious about it. I couldn't give 2 shits.

That, combined with his other physical attributes, give him an advantage you cannot buy.

@ Revenge: If you want to state that he is Genedoping - and that´s a new generation of Doping, i agree.. maybee we can get him to sing a Song about Syringes&Epo in Addition while swimming or running on the Water...if somebody is this doped, you need to abuse it as fast as you can... never know when he might collaps...

he also has a massive wing span (12, 14 feet IIRC)

According to wikipedia, he also has hyperextendible ankles that let his (large) feet act like flippers. The guy was just born to swim.

Also eats 12,000 (!) kcal per day. That's like... four 14" meat feast pizzas. Lucky guy.

He say's he's going to try it again in londen. It would be amazing if he did it again there.

Good for him. I'm sure he still had to devote all of his time to practicing in order to reach his goals.

Athletes like that really don't really get to do much else.

Olympic gymnasts have to start training from when they are small children, are often home schooled and spend the rest of their time concentrating on gymnastics, eating, and sleeping properly and can only do gymnastics until they reach a certain age. After that, they probably start some other career or go back to school.

He has a wingspan of 6'7" while being 6'4" tall.
