Force-Fire....

...should override avoid categories...at least with Neutral objects, imo. It seems silly that the only way to prevent Units from attempting to fire through Neutral stuff is to turn on AvoidNeutral, but then you cannot force-fire on those objects. There isn't any way to override this on the gamecode side, as that part of the weapon table cannot be overridden on the fly per-Unit, either. It's about the only major feature missing, with World Builder stuff, to make them fully interactive. The irony is that some weapons (mortars, for example) don't test for Avoid categories, so they've become the only things that can blow them up.
