Does anyone here else like Coldplay? I mean come on I cant be the only Coldplay fan. And NO, im not gay.

I can play/sing 2-3 of their songs

Parachutes had a few good tracks, everything since has been downhill.

I still think Viva La Vida (song) is great :X

Listening to X&Y in the car, i realised i didn't notice where one track ended and another began. Yeah some of their songs have "nice" singalong choruses, but they are incredibley bland and generic.

Very very middle of the road.

Enough whining, after a certain Age you don´t have to proof Coolness anymore, you simply are or aren´t and have to life with what you have in your list- still >BadReligion-Raise your Voice-< is next...

coldplay has extremely competent producers and good composition

their style isn't all that unique though - they are highly, highly reminiscent of u2
