Spring RTS Engine

i was just wondering, what happends if someone gets on irc and spams any channel with chanserv, would it result into muting melbot, so nobody on irc can chat anymore, or just allowing the guy to spam? , if one of those things is true, it should be prevented someway

we will dispatch a team of highly trained professionals to deal with any abusers.

There is no chanserv on quakenet and spamscan isn't in #sy. Also, melbot got a queue in order to prevent spam (I think).

melbot would crash way faster than it would take for chanserv to mute it.

actually, as someone said, melbot crashes if you sneeze in it's general direction
