Commander control/Comends/Team comends widget

EDIT: Lol, I just noticed dizekat made the widget already 
I just went and rage-coded this after the incident
Expanded the original Comends widget to detect mod options and notify you of comends, lua comends, comm control and team comends.
Thx to trepan for the original widget and the fool who set comm control just before start and sets it back to killall right after the game launches.
