Since I have now made 4 completely different models through revision, I would like to ask you guys to pick the one that you believe is best suited to replace the old Banisher unit.

If you think a combination of one of the turrets matched to a different base, then please elaborate.

#1. (Jaguar)

#2. (Classic)

#3. (Dalek)

#4. (Minotaur)

I like Classic, but the cabin is too big and out of scale: Minotaur and Dalek are much better scaled.

My second favourite would be Dalek, except that the twin tubes wont be as distinctive in TA top-down perspective, and I think the cabin should be blended into the dome rather than a square bit stuck on afterwards.

Minotaur would be better with a smaller, more integrated cabin snugged back between the tubes and with a roofline that curves smoothly from the high point of the turret.

Minotaur is awesome. The missile tubes could be a tad bigger (larger diameter?), but everything is styled and proportioned great! Nice one! 8)

Well from what you presented here the classic chassis and the Minotaur turret look best imo although I'd still prefer a turret design like from the original i.e. sort of what you did for the Jaguar and Classic one but in a "serious" manner...

With that I mean no rounded tubes or strange inflated sort of things that house the rockets. The 3do model had simple boxes for the rockets and imo this fact should be kept even when going for way more polies. The reason is simple: Today's rocket tanks have those cubic launchers for rockets and this fact makes it look more "realistic" just like you add something from our world to a fantasy scene to make it more believable...

That's why I'd prefer sort of a cubical thing for the launcher...

Minotaur or Classic. Both are good, very different but fairly attractive. This is one of my popular T2 units. Reaper and Banisher all the way.

Classic or Minotaur. Classic if the Turret had a slightly better design and Minotaur if there was a more defined "cockpit".

now that I look at these, none of them have any explanation as to how the missile is actually reloaded.
if the missiles were like half as long or even shorter, you could put a little rack on the back with a reloading animation

I think a reload system is possible if rockets from space come and dock with the launcher representing reload.
