Spring RTS Engine

ok, i decided it was time to try and get my first unit ingame, but it doesnt work! and i need some help, so:

the problem is just that, when i try .give i get "could not find wreckage info CORTUR, CORTUR is not a valid unitname" and the buildpic doesnt show up at the core commander, please help me

e: after some lobby spamming and a reponse from pendrokar(ty) i found out that for some reason the fbi that i copied did not have [UNITINFO]{} but now ive added it and it works

lol, well the plain mod thing helped and i will use it to put all my units in^^

double check the emit numbers in the script and in the fbi's CEG list. sometimes a mishap there will say something like that.

well, it was just fail that the gaat gun fbi doesnt have the unitinfo and worked, but mine didnt, also is there any better way of editing fbis? like a little program

Any plain text editor works fine.

How about... a text editor.

There was an excel sheet for that IIRC.
