I'm not sure this is even the right place to ask this, but:

How do radar jammers work?

And generally, is there a good guide or manual to the game?

press L it will show you the area effected by your jammers.

I know that, but what is it they DO?
How does it look to the enemy?

Also, in BA, do different construction units have different construction rates like in XTA? And if yes, then are the rates the same?

Radars don't see anything in the area covered by jammers (no matter whose), normal vision obviously works.

construction rates definitly arent like xta. xta is like slow motion. though i'm sure in ba construction planes build slower than other contruction units.

You cant detect any little blips with your radar in an area covered by a jammer.

Check unit stats with TAS Modit.

T1 kbot and vehicle worker times are 90, air 45 and sea 250. Commander is 300.

Thanks for all the answers.

A few more questions:

I noticed Dragon Teeth are VERY sturdy in the game. Are they vulnrble to praticular weapons? Do they block weapon fire?

And the T2 version, the Fortification Wall, how is it better? When to use it and how?

They can be reclaimed by constructors and t1 DT are weak to heavy t2 weapons. T2 ones block more because they are higher and take more time to kill/reclaim.

Also Spring is an engine with multiple games using it, BA is a game.

walls are easily killed by reclaiming. they are mainly used for slowing enemy units down so defence weapons can damage them more.

Depends, a lot of people make porcy walls with a long wall with def right behind it, with AA as well it pretty much prevents any cons getting near it to reclaim.
