so, is it possible to make a lua for the end of a game, where the units of the winning team fire into the air (maybe just com with dgun) or something like that?

Positively, undoubtedly, with no problem DENY this quote(QFD).
This is quite easily achievable through LuaCOB that means in a gadget.
In one way you could just make units order to attack thin air(can be done with a widget) or you could make all units aim their turret upwards as high as possible and shoot by giving parameters to COB(LUA->COB). With attack order units might stop or start turning around, with LUA->COB there wouldn't be such a problem.

i would wait doing that Luacob will be integrated in Luarules in 0.76b2

Quite wrong. LuaCob will be integrated into LuaRules in 0.76b2.

77b1, 76b2 is a backport of some fixes. Also LuaCOB doesn't make it any easier, you have to call a function in the COB and that can be done from LuaRules even in 76b1.

You could just call a COB function from Lua that turns all aim-pieces upwards and emit-sfx's the weapons. Might take a lot of work to do it for all units, though, as you'd have to edit all the .bos files.
