Spring RTS Engine

I'm having a nightmare at the moment with my new PC. Since my onboard soundcard and 8800GTX are both on the same IRQ slot and are either directly hardware conflicting or their drivers are conflicting. This leads to the event that whenever I launch a game, the second it tries to go to fullscreen I BSOD and auto-restart......

Oddly enough I can play games in windowed mode as I found out. Until I found a permanent fix to the issue, I'd still like to play Spring. So is there a command line to force Spring to start in windowed mode instead of fullscreen?

It's in the settings. Enable the smooth scroll widget for better behaviour of the middle mouse button.
