TASClient feature request of a 3sec BLINKING of STATE ICON

TASClient0.37 - I am requesting for a 3secs BLINKING of STATE ICON; when that STATE changes.
*Blinking can be replaced by any other eye-catching animation (ie; a glowing halo effect).
Example1: When a locked game is unlocked, the STATE icon blinks for 3secs due to that STATE change.
Example2:When a game finishes & the STATE changes from RED to GREEN (and is sorted accordingly); the new green STATE icon blinks for 3sec.
The purpose is to save our eyes in our old age.
Let the criticism begin
but please don't eat the bunny.
