Tourette's Guy

Apparently he's dead though, died in a car accident.

I'm not sure I can laugh at that. Not being able to control your 'ticks' would be awful. Its a bit distressing, really.

I've known people who have tourrettes, his "ticks" are nothing like real tourrettes. Funny as hell concept though.

Tourrettes has many forms and manifestations.

I read this book by a famous psychiatrist, 'the man who mistook his wife for a hat', who catalogued some really interesting neurological disorders in laymen's terms.

Anyway, he talks about following this lady with seriously severe tourettes. She was wondering down the road, and doing a shocking parody of each person she came across, taking on their characteristics and then mimicking their shock.

She wandered into a side street and 'regurgitated' each personality she had stumbled upon. In reverse order. Bringing the parodied impersonation for a few moments.

I think she then went to sleep in a corner, exhausted by the whole experience.

But anyway, what i was going to say is that apparently this guys behaviour is just as explained by the fact that he is pissed off his tits a lot of the time, and not just the Tourettes.

Does not stop it from being funny.

these videos are staged and Tourrettes is nothing like that. It is only funny to the "OMG HE CURSES" group of < 14 year olds. Old as the internet and still isn't funny.

Yeah, I didn't find it very funny, either...

Real tourettes is worse (or better, it can vary). He just looks like someone with an anger problem.
