Spring RTS Engine

Ok, I am new to the forums and new to TA Spring, Though I am NOT new to TA, any way, Every time I try to host A Match, and a test the hostability, it says failed, no matter what settings I change, no matter what I do to my network settings I can't host. So ok thats fine, at least I should be able to join games right? Wrong again! I keep getting error messages.
If any one could tell me what the problem is, and how to fix it, please responde! I really wanna play MP with my friend.

Look around this forums, the answer may be there.

The test is not allways true.
i get the same message but i can host with no problems.

Dont bump too hard, the walls are fragile.

The inability to host is 1 of 2 problems.

1) Your ISP sucks. Get a new service provider.

OR

2) You have not configured your router to forward the correct ports. And sometimes you can host when it says you cant...

I have no idea why you can't join games...
