Spring RTS Engine

:idea:
Spring lacks a map that can house 5v5 navel battle
maybe 24x24 or bigger
Shore 2 shore is too small , doesn't have enough land for a 5v5 base

there is a map called kriegmarine or something..its a 5v5 naval map.

Check out expanded tropics (shameless plug). I don't know if it can handle the size of battle that your looking for, but a large naval warfare map is what I was going for. It is 20x20 btw.

Funta battle for (can't remember). Just search maps for funta and you'll find it. THat should come close to what you need.

Would that map's name be FunTA: Battle for Aqua Prime perchance? I can't find a link for it though.

Ill upload a water map suitable for 5v5.

try this, it was meant for 5v5 water. It is a bit crude by todays standards (it was my second map, after all )

There is no land for bases as you seem to be after, as (imo) it makes the water battle trivial once you build a few berthas

kriegsmarine is nice map, although few spots of land would be nice to add some nukes and bbs :)

I love water maps btw... thats why i rock so hard on them. I barely get decent resistance.. its only challanging if i face 2 enemys on water

Good Watermaps should not have land, or at least then it should be designed to stop berthas working...

actually I want to play nota
nota's t2 econ structure need ground
so unless the tidal is really good , the econ won't go anywhere with just water
