Start problem

hi, hope some1 know what i shall do.
when i start spring it loads normal, like it did before, but when the loading is finished i only se spring down there, duno the name on the bar but there i se all windows that i have open . when i right klick i can´t press so i get it up so i see the window, i cant alt+tab to the window, same problem when i reinstall or restart computer. but it runs but i can´t get the window up.
