Who do you think out of the community has put in the most effort into the project that isnt an SY/officially ont he dev team.

Oh yah, you cant nominate yourself, and preferably people who havent already been mentioned and a why unless it's obscenely obvious.

Buggi. He made the the esay to make mapconv, and some cool maps to.
After that i dont know. Many has ported nice maps to spring, but noone stands out from that group.
