Can I use this software too make an mmorts

Um... well, in theory, you could maybe make a MMORTS with this, but it'd require quite a lot of rewrite of the netcode. Or it'd have to be a meta-game thing, where players explored "dungeons" then returned to the "town", which would be some really bizarre modification of the Lobby Client concept.

As for code, it's mainly C++, an animation language called BOS, and LUA. I don't think Delphi is required any more.

If it was easy to do it would have already been done.

Spring as MMO = very very big project.
