Spring RTS Engine

Spring supports it, regarding to the replay file format, but lobby doesnt.

i wish i could limit berthas to one only, or etc.

would need to change the protocol because it doesn't support it yet and doing it with setscripttag would not be pretty

possibility to change unit limit value in restriction list
