Spring RTS Engine

I am playing the shiny new Spring 76b1 with the BA mod in a LAN game. My questions are:

1. Where can I find a config for AAI for BA 6.0?
2. When the game starts, the 75b2 Spring version automatically moved the screen to your starting point/commander. In 76b1 this is no more. Can I enable this feature?
3. Can I bind the middle mouse button for drawing/making dots on the map to a different key?
