Early 23rd Century? Not really, in 22nd Century they were still using tools like this for the NX-01. This is how they've always welded the hull on every ship in Star Trek. Event the Sovereign Class was was made this way.
That's the real time graphics sfx for the Constitution Class in this movie. Will be amazing to see it in motion.

Sorry I didn't know I was suppose to spend my whole life surfing the net, and not looking after my girlfriend and having a social life, follow through my education and so on.
