Spring RTS Engine

hi, i'm sure this is probably pretty easy to do via luaui, but i have yet to explore it.

a simple system to flash the resource bar perhaps when the resource goes below a certain threshold, could really help newbs to get into the game with less confusion about the resources.

in TA based mods energy can fluctuate alot

ur E is either all over the place , stalling or full

metal on the other hand is measureable so i guess a low metal warning could be made im sure someone here could make it if they wanted to
