Beam lazers that can bounce off the ground/sheilds

HL2 crossbow style preferably... IE, it bounces only if it strikes on a certain (script defined) softness of slope.

They can already bounce off repulsor shields.

It quite specifically needs to be the ground... Although it's nice to have it work for shields in the mean time...
