If you were referring to on WoW players are able to change the name of their accounts. You are mistaken.

Firstly, if you wanted to rename your account, you'd only half to change your email account.
Secondly, you can only rename the character names.
Thirdly, It costs real money
Fourthly, if someone would pay money to rename on spring, I just laugh at their retardism.
