Formation move

I get pissed off when I'm trying to form up my units into a straight line and then one of them decides to not go around and push a couple out of his way, they then drive off a few meters in some random direction and the whole thing is ruined. Could we have it so units increase the path cost for going through units when forming up so they avoid bumping into each other? I know this would work because I tried adjusting the general added cost of pushing through units in the source and that fixed most of the problem, but it would be better if it was only in certain situations like this cause sometimes it is useful.
