It's not playtested yet and yes I know it's ugly. I'm too tired to write a full post here, it's just for feedback should any arise.

Plays well enough, balanced but dynamic. Ripe for Pointer/Mine abuse.

I don't know what you have done to your Spring install, I guess forgetting an unpacked movinfo or something like that, but Kernel Panic units were already amphibious.

Including that /gamedata/moveinfo.tdf within the map will probably cause issues with other mod (and possibly future KP versions). In the few I played (BA,CA,Gundam,..), the commander moved normally, but the infolog was filled with messages such as Inconsistant move data hover 0 Derzhavinskoye HOVERVHEAVYTANK. Didn't play long enough to really know the consequences, but that sure can't be good!

You might want to include your own detail tex and water tex. And give the water a weirder color!

I see you though about the metal, nice.

It shows too much that you overlayed the relief with a topping texture blanket. Draw something different on the texture/color map on the place it's covering edgy stuff. It will also help making the relief stand out more btw.

Sky looks out of place in KP.
Would look better if edges were aligned with yellow lines (or the other around)
