Emanuel was banned because he was generally a crude person who used profanity to beg for attention and spews hatred at anyone who offered help when he asked for it. He quickly found himself hated except by trolls who loved his misbehavior which was only worse as time progressed. I have no idea why he is unbanned.

He's been banned for a year. We're giving him another chance. He promised he'd be good. We don't ban people for unpopularity smoth, or else you'd be banned by now. He was banned for obscenity and obscenity is not the worst crime that can be committed on these forums, so we're going to let him try again.
