Spring RTS Engine

Single Payer Option: when i can't get acess to the internet and i want to play spring i try out new bo's etcetera...to get the most out of my buildings etc. i want to be able to alter the starting metal/energy for the singleplayer mode by altering a single .txt file or something! You might already be able to do this but if you can please post HOW otherwise my poor early game might never improve also the random enemies scripts would be A LOT more fun...they are really easy atm

What we really need is a battle room like OTA.
