Disconneting from lobby

Hello,
When I try to play spring, after a while for no apperant reason I get disconnected from the lobby.
I also suspect that when in a game it create massive lag with the friend I'm trying to play with, because when I leave the game I see that I have been disconnected from the server...
help!
