But srsly, FPS games are epic suck as of late.

It's all slow-moving, supra-doopra realistic , WAR!!11-oriented games without a lot of uniqueness in them :/.

I miss the old FPS style of ultra-quick, run&gun. twitch and trick based gameplay of old FPSes .

The feeling of speed as you break the running speed limit via bunnyhopping is awesome.

Where's dem games where you can take 4 rockets to the face without dying ;(.

People don't like fun FPS games any more. You have to get them from the modding scene now.

if you want run and shoot, go play enemy territory: quake wars. and if you want uniqueness, go play bioshock. Crysis isn't meant to be unique, its pretty much the same as farcry, but with better graphics and physics.

You can never shoot enough nazis. I actually want futuristic fps-s where you can shoot nazis in some alternate future.

Well, Freedom Fighters allows you to fight Russians... they're almost Nazis.

Bioshock is shit.
Basiclly it was hype and unreal engine 3.
Thats it,nothing else..hype hype hype.

It wasn't incredibly good or anything but the atmosphere and level design is unmatched and will remain so for a while imho. The single plot twist did actually catch me off guard, which would be the first time since KOTOR I've been actually surprised by a game's big surprise.

Spoiler: After KOTOR, I figured out STALKER's big secret before the intro was finished.

Cadyr never played System Shock 2, then, obviously. Since the storyline matches almost perfectly.

Simply replace cyberpunk with steampunk .

fox: cpma is still alive and kicking, and in the open source world, try warsow. of course, not much point in SP in those games

IMO there is a real lack of zombie FPS shooting games, especially on PC.
There was some zombie chopping in HL2, but that's about it.
