Spring RTS Engine

When playing in windowed mode, it would be nice if there was a way to disable edge scrolling, allowing you to just move the camera with the middle mouse button.

Is already possible, just not in the old settings.exe.

Setting variable is WindowedEdgeMove IIRC.
