Ok, I was in the Catalyst Control Center(no affiliation  ) and was trying to find things to help my games stop lagging, although I'm using integrated video so it really sucks like all the time. I turned on "Geometry Instancing" and "Triple Buffering" (if this was a bad choice let me now, im not good with this stuff) because it said these would help. For a while it was working great and many of my games were working alot better except Spring, I tried to play it and it keeps messing up. When I go in everything is fine and everything loads and I see the countdown but after it gets to 0 and I should see my Commander the screen goes grey and I get an error, its not really descriptive it's just one of those Send/Don't Send. I've tried turning them both off and doing it but it does the same thing so now I can't play at all, this has never happened before I turned them on =/ any and all help will be appreciated.

What operating system, graphic board driver version do you have ?

Also have you considered maybe there is another reason why you can't play the game except modifying the two options ?... (I mean if you turn them off and it still doesn't work it sounds like they shouldn't be the reason).

Windows XP and I'm using ATI Radeon XPress 200 Integrated Graphics. I reset all my configs in CCC and Spring now I can play but only with KAI if I try to play with AAI it does the grey screen.
