Repair Circle Bug

I noticed a bug with repairing circles similar to the reclaim bug: http://spring.clan-sy.com/phpbb/viewtop ... ht=reclaim . The my cons sometimes walk out of their repair circle to repair something else. I think it could be a bug with command circles like transport(I haven't used it enough to tell).
