So I have a very bad track record in my long history of programming (many would use the term "not-programming" to describe it.

But I have created a SDL based pac-man clone type game in which the pie shaped fellow actually eats the dots and can be controlled in a logical manor by keyboard input!!!

between what you see here and now I have adjusted animation speed and update frame rates (only redraw the background when it needs to be, etc) and am in the process of adding enemies but they don't do anything yet.

Not bad, more than I've achieved with MFC. Yes MFC sucks.

PS: use ALT+print to take a screenshot of the active window only

With multiplayer support, a lobby, a ranking system, high end graphics as in pieces with no less than 9001 polygons and some kickass soundtrack sung by yourself.

Does SDL still use all of the CPU even if it's noops? I've heard this was supposed to get fixed like some longer time ago.

I didnt knew that game had a alter ego... they should have made the oposite tough instead of just a gigant version...

Huh? It's the same thing just that your browser scales the output to the window size instead of using fixed sizes.
