How to disable units/structures in KAIV 0.23?

I really like KAI v0.23 made by Victor because it allows save games. Unfortunately, the AI resorts to using Silencers/Retaliators whenever it hits a roadblock. Is there a way to disable KAI's ability to build nuclear missile silos, or is there another AI with save support that can be prevented from using nukes?

antinukes are awesome btw...
*edit* and you could even disable the nuke silos before you start the game D:

I don't get why making nukes is bad.

I find the game less enjoyable when the bot resorts to nuking me instead of more creative tactics.
Let me just clarify my request. Is there a way to block units in the SpringSP interface? I know it can be done in TASClient, but SpringSP is more user-friendly for setting up skirmish games.

I'd be glad if an AI nuked me just to prove that it can
Anyway, to answer your question: SpringSP doesn't have such abilities and isn't likely to get them anytime soon, since it's currently more or less unmaintained (if my understanding that android_x doesn't plan any updates is right.)

Fucked me up the other day when RAI used the doom laser... Repeatedly in Funta.
All of a sudden I started getting worried

Option 1: Grab the LAN lobby server and host them through TASClient if you want to disable units.
Option 2: Make copy of mod, remove units from mod, change mod's ingame name.

AAI uses EMP Stunners in XTA. If you like being nuked, give it a try.
